Important Updates to Our Obstetrical Services
At MyOBGYN, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to each of our patients and continually assess our services to ensure they align with this commitment. As part of our ongoing evaluation, we would like to inform you of upcoming changes to our obstetrical services.
Important Updates to Our Obstetrical Services:
- No New Obstetrical Patients: Starting on October 1, 2024, we will no longer be accepting new obstetrical patients.
- Obstetrical Services Transition: Our team will continue to provide full obstetrical services, including delivery, to all patients who are currently under our care through March 31, 2024. Please rest assured that if you have already signed up for obstetrical services, our team is fully committed to supporting and serving you throughout the entirety of your pregnancy and delivery.
- Continuity of Care: For patients with due dates after April 1, 2024, we will gladly assist you with the transition to another trusted OB provider. Enclosed, you will find a list of OB resources and providers to support you in making a smooth transition.
- Medical Records Access: In accordance with Georgia state law, you may request a copy of your medical records at any time. To obtain your records, please contact our office or download the Medical Records Request form in the Patient Center on our website. Our team will provide guidance on the process, and we will ensure your records are sent securely to you or your new healthcare provider.
We understand that this change may bring questions, and our team is here to help you throughout this transition. Our priority is your health, comfort, and ensuring a positive experience during this significant time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like assistance with your transition or have additional questions, at (770) 996-1200.
Thank you for allowing MyOBGYN to be part of your journey. We remain committed to your care and well-being.
